  "I stayed at Au Vintage during May 2013 with my father. We spent 3 nights at this B&B and used it as our base to explore the Somme battlefield. I can't think there is a better place to stay if you visit the Somme region. The house and rooms are lovely and well equipped. The breakfast is continental but more than enough to keep you going, with croissant, baguette, toast, cereal and yoghurt. Best of all are the wonderful hosts Jacky and Evelyne who strike that wonderful balance between being attentive and welcoming, and leaving you space to get on with your holiday.   "The hotel provides really good traditional French accommodation. The rooms are certainly traditional with all the usual aspects you might expect - noisy plumbing, old fashioned door locks which were difficult and made a lot of noise as other guests tried to open or lock doors. Our rooms were large a..."nd very clean - a bit of road noise as the road outside is busy. However despite the foregoing we would thoroughly recommend the hotel and will stay there again. Just on the edge of the centre of town so within walking distance of everything. Car parking was good albeit not secure as it is an open site on a street corner.
