Best landmark to look for to find it because it is quite hard to find otherwise. anyway, after much plea with the staff at Front Desk, they allowed me an early check-in to my booked room, and when i went to Level 5, i the view was magnificent, my window opens to a view of the man-made beach down below and the wide, vast view of a HUGE LAKE. so without wasting much time, i decided to change into my swimwear and head for the pool. Travelling with a disabled child can have its complications but the staff at the Palace make it so easy, they really make her feel respected and special.
