  "I only stayed one night but as single traveller, I received a very warm welcome, both from reception and in the dining room. The food was super with an amazing cheese board ( all part of the demi pension price of 90 euros) and an excellent breakfast. But the main point of this hotel is the view over..." the bay of Banyuls, and all rooms appear to have a balcony to benefit from this. Swimming pool looked lovely, although in May it was a little cold to use. A pleasant 10 minute walk downhill takes you to the bars and restaurants ( and small beach) in town, but quite honestly, you could spend most of your holiday in the hotel grounds. " More >

  "Lovely view from our balcony, but quite a walk into the village, lots of parking at the hotel. Good dinner in a very spacious dinning room, followed by an ok breakfast . Wi Fi available in the bar area with tables to sit at. Bedroom a good size with a comfy, large bed. Pity there are no hot drink m..."aking facilities - although there is a mini bar in the room, with real glasses, not plastic! Bathroom ok, but could have done with enough shampoo to go round, and no shower cap.. All the staff were very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay, and would go back.   "Somewhat confined by the tramontana wind - we enjoyed our stay because of the quality and quantity of the food. A great place to chill and stock up on calories before walking into Spain. Good fun people watching!"
