  "I would possibly give this hotel 5 stars if we had visited at a time when it wasn't undergoing renovations! It would be worth checking this before you book, as there was no indication given when we made our reservation. I had read some awful reviews so nearly went with a different hotel but the pict..."ures were compelling and it looked like a great place to take kids and ultimately this is what Disney is all about. The room was clean and spacious and we were able to check in early which was very useful, we were also given a 6 berth room for 4 of us so the boys got their own room which they were very pleased with, they had their own tv and happily watched cbeebies in the morning. We stayed at the Kyriad down the road the night before and the room was cramped and a bit smelly with only french tv channels (we really need to make an effort to brush up our high school French and teach the boys) so the boys were happier at explorers.   "Totally geared up for families. Very clean, great gardens, good sized rooms. The castle theme is from the reception to the rooms. We booked two twin beds but got a double and bunk beds! We laughed but it could cause problems for others. The shuttle bus runs every 15 mins but gets very very crowd..."ed. We used a taxi one day and it was only €15. Easy check in and out.   "We have stayed at Kyriad twice in five years. We enjoyed our stay both times. The theme of the hotel is French countryside which lacked Disney atmosphere but was very tasteful. We had a family room on both visits although one was definitely slightly bigger than the other. After five years the rooms ..."are definitely looking a little tired and could do with a bit of a freshen up. No major work, just attention is needed for the little things. Our room had a double bed, a bunk bed, ensuite with a shower attachment over a bath, a hairdryer, cupboard with hanging space, desk space, a chair, kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits (which were topped up daily), phone, tv (we could only find one English channel though), free WIFI, and a small safe. The WIFI seemed to work fine for me while we were there. We went to breakfast around 7:30 each morning. There was never a queue at that time.
