  "Beautiful resort with mixed review"
  "We just spent seven days and had a wonderful time. The room was a jacuzzi junior suite which was nice. We appreciated how environmentally friendly the resort was having producing its own vegetables and recycling of water. The food was very good although there were some long waits for room service...." There were many bars, we spent a lot of time at the Fuentes pool bar, the service there was good although many times the drinks contained very little alcohol, a resort with these prices should not be so cheap on alcohol. The landscape was gorgeous and provided overall great view of resort. The concierge service was ok, they seemed more concerned about selling the next trip than concentrating on the current one. Our travel rep from Olympus, Jesus, did a spectacular job giving us advice on things to make our stay better and provided many details on additional packages available for excursions.   "Just returned this am from from our second visit to this excellent resort, yes there were a few niggles occasional slow service, and snorkelling not great but they have done a great job in restoring the beach but on the whole excellent friendly staff who give great service esp Genarro in the Mexican..." and Itzal (pinky promise we will return) in la Isla, Christian in the candlelight dinner added to a romantic dinner on the beach Wilfredo kept the room clean and restocked with more towels and toiletries than we knew what to do with some twisted into amazing animal sculptures. the concierge team for block 43 were great (Luis, Jesus and Eduardo) arranged for our Jacuzzi bath to be filled with scented bubbles and the room decorated with flowers and a bottle of champagne on our last night. We have travelled quite widely in the Caribbean, USA and Indian ocean and this is one of the most beautiful and friendly resorts in which we have stayed, would definitely recommend it and hope to return ...
