Unfortunately the weather wasn't very nice otherwise I would have enjoyed walking around the property to enjoy the lake. Dinner in Encore's was lovely - the food and service were excellent. At the end of the meal our waitress offered to take our picture with the hotel camera and returned with the photo in a souvenir folder. Nice touch! Breakfast was also included in the package and we enjoyed a large plate of eggs, bacon or ham, potatoes, toast and fruit. Again, friendly prompt service. I would highly recommend the Inn on the Lake!   "This beautiful hotel with old world charm would have garnered an excellent rating except for a few details; no microwave, outdoor pool (too cold in May) and it is miles from shopping and dining, therefore you are at the mercy of their 5 star restaurant prices. It is quiet but you can hear people tal..."king in the hallway (presumably cleaning staff and maintenance) and I could hear the television in the next room; when I knocked on his door to ask him to turn it down, I discovered it was not that loud at all. Now for the positive points: The hotel is situated on a small lake and has a beautiful view from your private balcony. There is a huge parking lot, so parking is no problem. If you're able to afford a suite, you get a king bed, work area, sofas in front of an electric fireplace, a large bathroom with a two person jacuzzi tub, his and hers sinks and executive suite condiments.
