We had booked a Junior Suite as this worked out the same price as for a double - and there was an advert in the hotel for a free upgrade anyway. I believe that all meals were 'buffet style', but we didn't have any meals here, preferring to venture into La Linea and Gibraltar. Our room was lovely, the bedroom had a super large bed, a large South facing window,a large wardrobe, small fridge, safety deposit box (for a fee, but we didn't use it), and TV. The bathroom had a bath with shower over and a bidet. You also get complimentary miniature shampoo/shower gel/comb/shoe sponge and a razor! Which expecially came in handy as we flew with just hand luggage. There was a spacious lounge area to the right with two sets of patio doors, South and West facing, on to the L shaped balcony.   "It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Gibraltar, only 500 meters from the border. Also during the days we visited Gibraltar in April it was cloudy in Gibraltar, but sunny in La Linea ! It is a big hotel, more business style oriented. Although a lot of tour groups come here too. It doesn’t..." look inside like a 4* hotel, but the price I paid was less then I paid for a 3* hotel in Malaga. Our room was rather simply decorated, but had comfortable beds with a nice balcony. The buffets (breakfast an dinner) are really good value for your money. Breakfast buffet is only 5 euros and cold and hot food available. And really the dinner buffet is very good for only 10 euros. This includes soup, a lot of choice in salads, cold meat and fish, warm buffet, separate buffet for pasta’s and dessert table. The food is excellent, nicely displayed and the staff is constantly bringing new plates in. It is true I’ve had better buffets, but they were a lot more expensive. " More >
