  "Stayed 8th May for one week. We originally booked to stay at the Castillo Beach Resort but based on the reviews and building work going on there, changed to the Elba Sara. Best thing we could have done. Elba Sara is a lovely hotel in a good location. 20 - 30 minute stroll to town but next door ..."to the Atlantica Centre which has a few lovely shops. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean as were the pools and surrounding areas. There were plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day but the only thing I could find fault with and its not really a "fault" was that they could have more "umbrella's". Not an awful lot of shade. The food was good. Plenty to choose from. I am a fussy eater but always found something to eat. We had a room on the 5th floor with a lovely sea view. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Must mention the massages - wonderful. Best we have ever had. All of the staff were pleasant especially our rep, Iain. We had a lovely relaxing week at this hot... " More >

The hotel is in a great location. The walk into the small town is flat and takes around 20-30 minutes. Lovely for a night time stroll! Next door there is a fantastic little shopping centre called ‘Atlantica Centre’. Everything you could possibly need is right here, from little boutique shops to hairdressers, and a small supermarket. Downstairs there is a choice of restaurants and a nice little play park for children. The hotel itself is a large, clean, family orientated hotel. All communal areas are clean and beautifully kept.
