The staff was very friendly and they spoke French, German, Portuguese and some Dutch, but no English. The breakfast was ok as well. There are two buildings, the first appears to be the original hotel with the reception, a restaurant (excellent) and bar and two floors with rooms. Behind this main building is a large (and free) parking area with a seco..."nd building accommodating meeting rooms on the ground floor and guest rooms on the two floors above this. This appears to be a newly built section and I would imagine more modern than the original building. I stayed in a room on the top floor of the original building (the lift only goes up to the second floor - take note if you have large/heavy luggage - and there is no porter) and the room was fairly small as a result of the sloped ceiling (being an attic room). The room was very clean, neat and fairly modern with the usual flat-screen TV (excellent channel selection), firm double bed and more than adequate wardrobe and other storage space.   "Stayed here very recently on a business trip for 3 nights. Staff were warm and welcoming and always friendly. The room was big enough for what I needed and very clean. I found the beds very comfortable and slept very well. Few little grumbles... room was cold when I arrived; radiators were on ..."low. Also my complimentary soap was replaced every day even when it didn't need to be so found it to be a little wasteful. The curtain didn't quite cover the window which meant some light got in and the road/deliveries to the butcher early morning was a little noisy at times. Free wi-fi was very good. Breakfast was typical continental, but good nonetheless. The hotel itself was interesting in that it was above a butcher, restaurant and brewery; so they served some of their own beers and meats in the restaurant. Would recommend to anyone visiting Luxembourg; particularly for business trips. " More >
