  "Very nice small hotel running by one family, hosts are very friendly and attentive, we felt ourselves like we were family guests not hotel guests. The room was lovely, with beautiful terrace (unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it). The old town is in 2 minutes walk distance."

The directions given to us were perfect and we found the villa with no problems at all. The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the countryside. Our apartment, a 2 b..."edroom (The Tramonto) was absolutely charming. We loved the rustic feel with high beams and large fireplace. The apartment was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. We were on teh second floor. Surrounding the staircase was an abundance of fragrant wisteria which was just heavenly. Upon checking in, we had one tiny incident when my son locked himself in the bathroom and could not get out. Manuela came to the rescue and all was well within minutes. For our trouble, Manuela brought us some chocolates and bottle of Prosecco which she did not have to do at all. However, we certainly appreciated the customer service. It was outstanding! The building is beautiful both inside and outside. The rooms are luxurious, spotlessly clean and give great sleep quality. They are decorated in Tuscan style with great skill and an eye for beauty. The pool area and gardens are a joy to be in - very restful. A wonderful view over the valley to Pienza and beyond, complete the picture. The restaurant on the premises is excellent, with a very varied menu of local produce. They also provide an excellent laundry service for a very reasonable price, which we really appreciated.
