  "Stayed in the hotel for almost a week and i would also add that this was the fourth hotel at Durgapur in which i stayed. Before this i stayed at Citi Residenci, Sarovar Portico Peerless Inn and Pathik Motel (WB Govt Lodge). So i would rate it in following categories: Budget: Its a descent budget ..."hotel with all basic amenities however if you are looking for good luxurious rooms than i would say Citi Residenci have better rooms than Rose Valley. However Citi residenci is costlier than rose valley so i would say its value for money deal. Still i would add that its a Ginger Hotel which has been acquired by Rose Valley so they doesnt have central AC and all rooms are fitted with Window AC. So incase you get a room on Westside (like me) than you have to wait for quite good time to make your room cool. Food Quality: Quality of food in the restaurant is average and its quality dont come closer to food quality of Sarovar Portico Peerless Inn. So if you are foodie then i guess you would be... " More >

So the basic design and interiors make you think of Ginger Hotel. The rooms are small but come with a air conditioner and a small LCD Television and..." a refrigerator. Though the furniture look worn out when you look at the charge levied by the hotel you can ignore it. The toilets have basic amenities and are clean. The hotel offers room with breakfast package and also they have with lunch/dinner package also so please check before you book in case you are not too fond of going out and eating. The options are eating out at nearby restaurants are many. The service is albeit slow and the television in my room had a big patch on the screen which made watching television a herculean task. Food in the restaurant, the taste is not uniform when you order highly recommended chefs special egg sandwich you get a regular one! nonetheless it was okay.... " More >
