The staff were first rate and very friendly and helpful. The day trips were fine, but not outstanding. We travelled with Sunwing vacations. Sunwing wasn't very impressive. You arrive at 9:30 am and your room isnt ready until 3 pm. This is a waste of the first day. Very little direction from Sunwing. No initation package The food is ok( lots of choice) but nothing great, however having spoken to others who have been to Cuba several times, the food is good compared to other resorts I would recommend this resort for the Beauty and serenity. The playa Ensenachos is a true paradise with turquoise water and it is more peaceful. The best Cuban mojitos we've never tasted are those who were prepared by the bartenders Yisel and Juan at the playa Ensenachos. These are the best mojios of the resort. It's perfect that there is no restaurant near the playa Ensenachos, in this way, the beach is more peaceful. The food at buffet for lunch and dinner is excellent at opening.
