We unpacked quickly our bags in the Kuschelkomfort room and headed directly to the spa, in to the sauna...which is a great setup and soooo relaxing. Dinner was great as well, although we expected a bit better food, but it was still great all in all! Also a big thanks to Richard and Iwana for the spa/massage treatment, these guys really know what they are doing and can only recommend any treatment with them! Staff in general is always very helpful, relaxed and happy to talk to you about anything you need and to make you feel at home! What else can I say?   "Wet weather couldn't upset the quality of our stay"
  "We were instantly made welcome on our arrival with sparkling wine while we did the 'paperwork'. We then had a tour of all the facilities and were welcomed into the dining room for a late lunch, a limited choice but well prepared and more than adequate (3 courses and salad). The breakfasts were good ..."and we had a freshly made omelette every morning, brought to our table! What service! The choice was made at breakfast time for the evening meal, which was cooked well and with thoughtful and interesting choices on offer. Excellent service from the waiters. The room was spacious and well heated/ventilated. The soaps and creams etc supplied were of a good quality and we were provided with a robe at no extra charge! The indoor/outdoor swimming pool is lovely and the loungers make a visit here a wonderful experience having been out in the rain all day! We hired the e bikes which the hotel offer for 10 euros.
