The staff are very helpful, especially Elisabetta at reception who made numerous calls on our behalf to find out bus timetables and cab fares as we did get a ripped off on a taxi on the way from the ..."airport. The property is beautiful and set in the most amazing landscape overlooking the ocean which is a lovely sight to wake up to. We received excellent service from all the staff we encountered, and a special mention to Francesco who gave us a lift down to the shops as it was late and we were on foot and was always helpful and smiling when we saw him around the hotel. It is safe to say that you really should have a car or transport of some sort when staying here as it is quite a long, winding and steep route up if you're walking (and not very safe at night due to wild dogs in the area).   "Brezza d'Estate is a beautifull place to stay. Great hospitality of the owner who does everything to make you feel at home. It's very well located to explore the western side of the Island, but you do need a car. The appartment has everything you need. I would definitly recommend this place."

  "Extremely well finished and clean family run hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious and quite and have a nice good sized bathroom with sea view at a distance. We had a great home made 4 course Siclian meal at a very reasonable price. The Hotel has a 24hr reception and bar. The only thing which I was not satisfying is the breakfast since they only serve various sweet pastries such as croissants, bread and butter, fruit juices and yogurts. I can;t say whether this is more or less than other hotels offer since more often than not we prefer to stay in self catering accommodation but I would've liked a little more option for breakfast. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this Hotel. The family is not strict on rules.
