  "I booked 5 days here in May 2013 with my mum and baby daughter. We only booked a Bronze caravan, which on the paperwork said the check in was at 4pm but if you arrived earlier then they would do their best to get you in your caravan sooner. We arrived at about 1.30. They were running late with star..."ting the check ins so it wasnt marked where you had to go. I went into the main reception but was told it was actually in the lighthouse building. There was quite a queue of people waiting who were also confused as to where to go. Anyway, the member of staff looked at my booking form and said my check in wasnt until 4. I mentioned what it stated on the form but she wasnt really willing to see if our caravan was ready, just said "No itll be 4pm" so we went and killed some time before then. We hadnt been to Towyn/Rhyl in a couple of years and were quite shocked that absolutely nothing apart from one pub and a tat shop was open.
