Staff are ve..."ry friendly and helpful, the restoration is very tasteful with lots of interesting character features (not very common in Slovakia). The owner speaks excellent English and has developed a couple of other properties in the town that also look well worth trying. We had breakfast once but it's not great if you are vegetarian and also the bread was a bit ordinary - but that seems to be standard in Slovakia. I'd still rate this accommodation as excellent though because it's a class above anything else in that price category.
