  "We stayed here for a week in February and had the best time. The room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the ocean and it's on the quieter end of Waikiki so there isn't as much partying. The only downside is there's no beach on the property, just a sea wall, but there is a beach a few doors down, a..."nd it wasn't very busy. We walked everywhere and didn't need a car... The hotel is next to the Waikiki Aquarium, about a 5 minute walk to the Honolulu Zoo and about a 10 minute walk to the main beach in Waikiki and lots of restaurants. We hiked up to the Diamond Head Crater and walked around the crater once as well. We even walked over to the Diamond Head Beach Park. Our suite had a great kitchen, the bed was comfortable and overall, the value for the what we paid, made it worth it. I'd definitely go back and recommend the Diamond Head Beach Hotel to friends and family who are visiting Honolulu. " More >
