  "Staff very friendly, good wifi and working desk area, couldn't check-in early and then had to change room from upper level to main floor and no problem. No elevators and we just had too much luggage with bikes to carry two levels. Room a bit cramped and vanity area definitely crowded, narrow passage..."way to shower and toilet. Small bathroom but in good working order. Hotel quiet for good night's sleep. Given choices for having room cleaned/or not. Bed good. Good access off freeway, walking distance to Starbucks, Denny's next door, good recommendations from hotel for shopping, restaurants and wine-tasting. Also great bike path system for family for recreation riding or to access to get to other areas. We stayed here because of close location to Mount Diablo for cycling and you were able to cycle from hotel to Diablo. Community clean and up-scale, felt safe.   "From now on, whenever I want to leave Hayward for a night, just to get away, I’m going to flee to the Pleasanton Best Western Plus. It’s convenient to shopping (Bay Books is just a couple miles down 680), parks (we drove to Mt. Diablo!), and Zachary’s Pizza (I also spotted an Amici’s across the ..."street, and there’s a Dennys in the parking lot). The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms complete with coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, plus desk, flat-screen TV, and comfy armchair. Also a roomy and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The hotel as a whole was quiet and obviously well run. The hotel also offers a truly notable breakfast that far outshines the usual free “continental” fare of anemic coffee, watery juice, and plastic-wrapped doughnuts left over from last Halloween.
