She was even kind enough to work around our helicopter tour one day and deliver us a rather late breakfast (brunch really) since we missed normal eating hours. The grounds are so beautiful and beautifully maintained. You are away from all the noises of the city and hustle and bustle of normal life (or at least what it's like in Atlanta!).   "Waipio Wayside is located near the Waipio Valley in north eastern Hawaii. The grounds are very lush. There is a wonderful deck with a view of the ocean on clear days. Breakfast is served at 8AM and eating with the other guests and with Jacqueline, the owner, is a great experience. She serves fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, muffins, eggs, sausage and has a LARGE assortment off teas. A great place to stay away from the craziness of the west side of the island.
