  "We were looking for a family-friendly hotel in the Eau Claire area. After our first two choices were booked, we settled for Americinn. The biggest draw was their waterpark. Now, we've stayed in the Dells and other waterpark hotels before. This one is not really on the same level. It's pretty basic. ..."One slide. A kiddie pool. A hot tub. Great for smaller kids. The hotel is very basic. Tiny bathrooms, average beds. Overall, it was clean and comfortable though. The front desk staff was quite helpful getting us extra shampoo and a rollaway bed. The free breakfast? Hold the phone! Waffles, egg patties, biscuits, pastries, gravy, dry cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, applesauce, juices, milk, coffee, even cherries and whipped cream! I was impressed with this continental breakfast! That topped off a reasonably priced hotel room that kept the kids entertained. Overall, a great value for what you get. " More >
