I will also never eat my Greek Yogurt without a Tbsp of Maple Syrup (from VT of course - I'll have to have some shipped when my supply runs low!)! Our room, The Fair Suite, was tastefully decorated with gorgeous flowers and oxalis triangularis (purple shamrocks). Loved the truffles and lovely soaps left for us in our room, and the kitchen always had delectable desserts and cheeses/dips/crackers as well as fruit infused ice water available.   "I just had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Bennington, Vermont. I have now stayed there several times over the course of 3 years and each time I have been pleased with this hotel and its service! The breakfast is always very good, the pool is clean and my husband loves the fitness equipment."

Most other rooms are located with doors outside. My coffee maker didn't work, but there is a Dunkin Donuts literally right across t..."he street. A Walmart and Price Chopper are next door, and there are plenty of gas stations and places to grab a bite to eat in close proximity to the hotel. I had to check out before the continental breakfast was offered, perhaps putting food out at 6:00am instead of 7:00am would be more beneficial to a wider range of customers. The room was spacious and offered a mini fridge, microwave, and a back door with access to a deck. I would recommend this hotel to someone traveling through Bennington. " More >
