  "Upon check in, the girl behind the desk was friendly. She gave me my room key and we gathered our luggage and headed to our room only to find it was still being cleaned. The cleaning girl did not speak any English and when she finished cleaning, just walked out without letting us that the room was..." ready (we were standing right next to the door). No acknowledgement whatsoever. She didn't have her cleaning cart with her and she just walked down and went into another room. We took our things into the room and noticed no remote for the TV. I returned to the front desk and the girl said the cleaning lady has the remote. I hunted down the cleaning girl and said "Do you have the remote?" and motioned like I was using a remote control. She just stared at me and shook her head. Fortunately, a gentleman (I assume the owner) was walking by and he yelled out that he would get it, which he did. Everything in the main room was nice.
