  "Don't let the other reviews scare you. This is not a hotel, but a condo with individual owners. Each unit is different. My husband and I as well as another couple stayed in unit #105. Overall great experience especially for the price. Pros: -Price! -2 king beds and 2 bathrooms -Balcony is HUGE..."! -Recently update unit. -Dish soap, trash bags, lotion, paper towels, general items are already available in the condo. It's a plus not having to provide everything! -Washer and dryer!! Cons: -The view. If you want a view of the ocean, this is not the property for you. Dunes are in the way and there is walk to the beach. -There were 2 cockroaches (one dead, one alive) as we were leaving. Not a great site to see, but this is to be expected in humid areas. -SMALL park grill outside the unit. Wish a larger one was available for grilling.
