Beautiful, hospitable, clean and wonderful, but DO NOT get a ..."room that isn't a top floor room. They must have used cardboard for the floor/ceiling between each level. It sounds as if a herd of something is moving through the room all night long. SInce most people book a room to get a good nights sleep, this is something you will definitely want to keep in mind. Certain of the staff agreed that it is an ongoing complaint as well. With that said, the desk clerk and other hospitality staff are top shelf. Super friendly and oh-so accommodating. This is one of the things that makes Hampton Inn so much better than the "average" rating I could have given.
