When I stayed there last year for a high school tournament that started early in the morning, the Hilton was not accommodating to our schedule, despite the fact that the hotel was full of families who had paid higher tournament weekend rates. We were there on a Saturday night, and thankfully we didn't hear much noise from the surrounding apartments and condos (we were in the cottage out back. The best part of the stay was the excellent breakfast. We had asked for vegetarian meals, and that breakfast was fantastic! I believe the proprietor (Allen) said he and his wife had previously owned three restaurants in California, and let me tell you he knew what he was doing. April probably isn't the best month for offering fresh fruit, but Allen knew how to use what was in season. I can only imagine what breakfast would be like in berry season. " More >
