  "Very pleasant surprise as many BW's are so inconsistent. Stayed two days. Had a King suite on 1st floor. Nicely appointed and equipped room. Only negatives were only two thin bath towels and almost empty facial tissue box that was in bath when we arrived which was empty with use of three tissues. ..."I like one towel for me and my wife likes one for her body and one for her hair. Most upscale properties put 4 towels in a king suite. With the tissues, the new one that housekeeping replaced the next day with was also almost empty?? Not a good way to treat guests. Reception desk staff was exceptionally attentive. Room was very nice and larger than expected. Small lobby, but clean and open. Very good hot and/or cold breakfast with excellent service. Even with the two areas we mentioned, we would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again if passing through. " More >

  "This hotel was renovated and changed from a Comfort Inn to Holiday Inn in April 2103. Nice Job on the renovations (I previously stayed there when a Comfort Inn). The lobby is clean and brand new as are the sleeping rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful and had the meeting room all set up f..."or my client. It is convenient for I-90 travelers as it is less than two miles from the Interstate and close enough to Cleveland to make it a stay if visiting or doing business in Cleveland. I will be staying there again when business calls me to that area. Kudos to management and staff. " More >

Staff was courteous and gave me no hassle about refunding my hotel taxes once my stay reached 30 days. Would I stay here for personal leisure? Probably not. But if all yo..."u want is a clean room to shower, sleep, etc. for ~ $60 this place meets that need. Most rooms have a fridge, microwave which is nice. One big con: the WiFi is awful!
