Problems with my booking were quickly solved by Will on reception who was exceedingly helpful and managed to find me a quiet room on the sixth floor. Hotel is a typical Premier Inn so you get a very..." comfortable bed and the usual facilities you would expect from this hotel chain. Nice touch was a call from Will to see if everything was OK with room but I couldn't hear him properly by the time I went back to reception he had already reported the fault. Excellent P.R. The bedroom was very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked served buffet style once again the staff were very helpful arranging for more orange juice and the poached eggs were perfectly prepared.
