  "My wife and I travelled to Palmyra to visit church sites and decied to stay at Liberty House. What a nice little place! This is our first time ever staying at a bed and breakfast and we were NOT disappointed. Irene and William took great care of us and the breakfast was one of (if not the best)..." we had ever had. We had a well-appointed room with private bath. The accommodations were clean, inviting, and we had the place to ourselves! We would stay there again when/if we get back to Palmyra.   "This hotel is awesome if you are planning to visit Palmyra for the LDS sites. It is within walkable distance to the Palmyra temple and the Smith farm/Sacred Grove (we drove and it took us around 3 mins to get to these sites) Not much choices for lodging in this area if you are looking for a "hotel" ..."style accommodation (there's only one) instead of a B&B. Never really tried a B&B before and didn't want to try now since some of the nearer B&B in the area seems to be really small--offering only 2 rooms (and no price stated on the website). All in all, didn't regret staying here. Rooms were a bit dated but spacious, and the staff were generally friendly. Most bathroom amenities provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer) but no toothbrush or toothpaste. One complaint I had was that the walls were quite thin and were definitely not soundproof.
