The room we had was just off the living room, and while it was small and a little noisy when breakfast started being served, it added to the family feel of the stay. The living areas of the house are warm and inviting and made me want to just kick back and read the Sunday paper all day... The real joy of staying at Inns is their inherent imperfections and the little discoveries that set each of these old gems apart - if you embrace that then you will love the Glens Falls Inn warts and all! The beds are comfortable and the rooms and premises seem very clean. The hotel is nicely located in downtown...", close to an artsy district and two blocks from a great restaurant and brewery, Davidson's. The hotel has a large, very nice indoor pool. Although hotel literature said Wi-Fi was available only in the lobby and the mezzanine, I was able to get free Wi-Fi in my 2nd floor room. As you might expect with a hotel of this age, some rooms are small. The bathroom in my room could pretty much only accommodate one person at a time. There was no tub in the bathroom, just a shower stall. While the Queensbury is a very nice place to stay, it seems in need of repair. In my room, a chair had very worn arms, there was a large spider-crack in the sink, and the shower had a bit of mold, likely from th... " More >
