On arrival at the jetty we were met by Gibson, who apologised for the misunderstanding. He said there would be wine and fruit in our room when we arrived at the resort. There was not - we had to request this. Another example of terrible customer service. The boat transfer was smooth (although the same cannot be said for the return transfer, which was extremely bumpy!) and the boat was very nice and comfortable. I would reccommend asking for a private car with a driver who will be waiting for you i..."n case your flight gets delayed to reach the resort's lounge on Mahé where they check you in and give you a room to rest until the boat is ready to get you to the island of Labriz (complimentary if you stay more than 3/4 nights). Once you get to Labriz, they greet you with fresh green towels that is really appreciated after the trip and then they drive you to your Villa via golf cart. We have booked a beach front villa and my God, as soon as you step into it, you will never want to leave!
