All of my interactions with the staff were positive, but I was especially impressed by a manager named Janet. She was one of the friendliest managers I've ever come across in all my travels. She always had a big smile, and was consistently engaging. She made sure my stay was satisfactory and ensured I didn't want for anything the hotel could provide. Her demeanor and outgoing nature made me feel like I was talking to a favorite aunt I only see a few times a year, who just wants to make sure you're happy.
