  "We stayed in Room 1 (although at the time of my reservation I was told Room 6, not sure why it was switched). The room was very clean. Yes things were outdated but I think that's typical for a B&B. However, sleeping conditions are probably the most important thing to us. When you are away from home ..."a comfortable bed is key. This was not the case. The first night I was extremely uncomfortable and did not get much sleep. The 2nd night was a bit better thanks to a sleep aid. With only a handful of rooms I'm confused as to why the mattresses are not more current (ie pillowtop). This seems to also be the norm for B&B's (at least the ones we've stayed in). Also the TV was so small (I'm guessing a 12") that it was difficult to see. On a more positive note, Linda and Mitch were polite and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic!! They were knowledgeable of the area and gave us a great recommendation for an Italian dinner (Maestros). I would definately stay here again and recommend it to a friend. " More >
