We were very pleasantly surprised with the excellent condition of this Holiday Inn Express. It was two weeks before college graduation, so the hotel was very quiet. The downside, however, is that this hotel does not have a swimming pool.   "My family stayed here for graduation weekend for University of NH. I was greeted quickly from Kevin who was working the front desk. Over our stay, he was so very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, they were also out of cots when we checked in but my sister(must be because she has 2 Eagle sc..."outs in her family) had brought one in her van. Kevin quickly delivered the extra bedding and pillows. I asked Kevin about parking as I read about problems in other reviews. He explained to me that parking was at a premium in town and they required me to fill out a form so they could identify my rental car. They also provided a parking receipt to keep on my dashboard. The room were great, beds comfortable, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator (my sister also packed a refrigerator in her van just in case), iron and ironing board along with a flat screen tv mounted on the wall.   "Got in super late in the middle of the night in the rain. Desk clerk super friendly and placed us in a room by the door so unloading was fast in the rain AND as a pet friendly hotel allowed me to get our dog in and out easily w/o disturbing other guests"
