Set up horeseback riding for my grandson which he enjoyed. The breakfast was very nice with scones which I love, fresh fruit, granola and a breakfast casserole plus juices and great coffee. While using my laptop in the breakfast room I was offer later in the morning a scone and lemonade by staff that was really very nice and made me feel welcome. After we checked out got a nice email from Holly one of the staff thanking us for our stay and wishing us a safe trip back to Atlanta. This is not the case with Covered Wagon. What you see on the website is what you get. The owners, Kurt and Melissa, set ..."the tone for a great experience. They are friendly, engaging and always making sure you are having a good time. This tone filters down to the wranglers, ranch hands, kitchen staff and housekeeping. I have never experienced a staff so devoted to making my vacation perfect. It started every morning with Kurt making the rounds with the daily question, "So, what do you want to do today?". At Covered Wagon, nothing in the schedule is set, its all based on when you want to ride and how long you want to ride. This was very important for us as we had a wide range of riding experience.
