I was very pleased of the customer service rep Amber that has been working with me on my wedding guest to stay there for my up comming wedding on 5/18/13. I was in the office checking out an going over last minute details of all my ..."guest rooms making sure we were all set when a lady came in an asked Amber to leave a message for a hotel guest that was staying there? Amber wrote down her message and told the lady if she sees her she will give her the message. As soon as the lady left the housekeeper Mary came into the office where Amber and I were going over the hotel rooms and started yelling at her that she just let her know where the lady was and how she had violated the privacy of the guest then went on yelling at how that lady stopped her in the parking lot to ask if that guest was staying there.   "Short version: A great overnight stay. Long details: We attended a graduation at Truman in Kirksville, MO. This is a busy time for the area as all the hotels for 30+ miles are booked and filled well in advance. The hotel was easy to find as it's on route 63 with a large, tall sign. It's behind..." a Hardees, BP (?) gas station, and KFC. (Watch out, there are two KFC's a block apart.) Anyway, the sign is easy to see. The outside is clean and has a covered carport to use while you're checking in. The parking lot has a few long wide spots for 18 wheelers, buses or people with long trailers. There are parallel parking spots for U Hauls or vehicles with small trailers. Then numerous 90 degree parking slots. Even with the hotel filled, we had no problem parking. Free coffee and free popcorn in the lobby. We had reservations from PriceLine and check-in was fast and easy. Our room had two queen beds.
