  "My husband and I stayed here on a Saturday night and booked a recently updated premium room. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on and we stay 85-90 nights per year in hotels. The white comforter was a lot like the ones at Hampton Inns...." My only complaint that is that they don't automatically leave you enough towels and washcloths; one set per person. You have to ask for any extras. We ate at the restaurant and the buffet, with both being pretty good. The night staff could of been more friendly and professional, but the staff at check out in the morning was great. " More >

  "Stayed 3 nights mid-April because I had business in Olivia and the alternative was the Sheep Shedd Inn. Registration is in the gas station convenience, manned by barely competent young teens. The girl who checked me in didn't know how to work the computer or how to activate my room card and had to..." get help. "Breakfast" was food from the convenience store. I asked at registration about AARP/AAA discount and was told this chain doesn't offer them. (They do on the web; I will be contacting corporate to ask for a partial credit.) Water pressure sucked, towels were stiff. Staff was indifferent. I had to have them reset my room key 3 times because for some reason they could't set it for 3 days. Also, there is a desk and chair, but no nearly outlet to plug in your tech gear. On a positive note the bed was good, the room was clean. I had frig and micro, wi-fi (slow). " More >
