The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast with home made bread, fruit, and berried crepes topped with sour cream and delicious berries, coffee and juice. About 15 minutes away is a town called Deerfield. The town is a musum full of rich history and about 10 buildings that were reconstructed to actual homes back in the 1700's and eearly 18oo's very simular to Portsouth or Sturbridge. Sitting on the front porch, sipping on a cup of freshly brewed coffee, watching the plethora of birds and other wild life, gazing across the rolling, wooded hills to the blue skies. We had an ample room with canopy bed, and very large bathroom (with clawfoot tub AND a separate stall shower), elegantly appointed. Overall, a great experience and good value for the money spent. No internet connection, but that adds to the tranquility of the experience. We look forward to our next visit! " More >

  "We stayed 2 nights at Kenburn Orchards and had a wonderful time! Warning: There is no WiFi, just birds, tree frogs, and lots of quiet. I spotted 10 different species of birds sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair in an hour! Our room was immaculate and we had a HUGE bathroom with a de..."ep tub. The lavender bubble bath was exquisite! The noise level is low and we slept with the windows open. The breakfast is spectacular! OMG! We ate so much we skipped lunch! The goat cheese and asparagus (just picked THAT morning) omelette was scrumptious. The breads are all home made. Susan and Larry are wonderful hosts, providing information about the local towns, shopping, and various art museums to visit. We had a great time and will return!
