  "We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Bike Lane Inn. After hiking in Yosemite the comfort of Bike Lane Inn was just what we needed. We stayed in the garden room off the back of the house which has its own entrance out to the the patio/breakfast area that overlooks the distant mountains. Beautiful. T..."he gourmet breakfasts were delicious. Hearst Castle was a scenic 40 minute drive away. To top off our stay we rode the guest bikes on the 10 mile wine country suggested route. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was hearty, well-prepared, and served in an elegant manner. The highlight of our stay was the private vineyard tour conducted by Larry, the inn keeper and vineyard owner/manager. Anyone interested in the intricacies of vineyard set-up and maintenance would find this to be a worthwhile experience ($25). As part of our stay, we were also gifted with a bottle of Wild Horse Merlot made from Larry's grapes. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Carriage Vineyards B&B! " More >
