  "My family stayed here May 9-13 with 1 room for May 9-13 and 2 rooms starting May 10-13. When we arrived late in the evening after a long travel day and a night-mare 2 1/2 hour wait for our Dollar rental car, we were told we had a room with a king bed booked for 3 adults. They were not able to accom..."modate a room with 2 beds for the night as they were booked. I knew there was some confusion with the reservation because it was originally booked as a king and then changed to accommodate 3 people later. It was not a big issue and we just asked for a roll-away to be sent to our room. Which they did. I also checked at that time for the 2nd room we had for more family joining us which was booked starting the next day to make sure there were 2 beds in that room. All was good with that room. They said they would try to move us the next day to a room with 2 beds. The next morning, after a great nights sleep, we found they had moved us to a room with 2 beds which was across the hall from our 2nd ... " More >
