The wi-fi was working in the rooms, it was warm inside and the rooms were clean. Dedo Pene is located in the heart of the city - just few steps from the main street and the church. if you come by car you need to pay parking fee (one leva an hour, from 8 am till 6 pm) and be awarte that you need to carry your stuff, as there is not possible to park just in front of the hotel. We spent just under £300 pound for 2 for a week self catering so this was a very good deal. I completely disagree with people saying the staff weren't friendly as ever..."yone I came across were very helpful, particularly the young guy at the reception. We even got a parting bag of food for our journey home- and we were on self catering! If you get a good deal book this hotel, it is basic but very good for what we paid. Also we used the pool quite a lot and it was fine apart from one day when 2 guys came in completely naked! I've rated very good because it was very good value for what we paid for. Bansko as a resort? The resort had a good range of slopes for beginners and intermediates.
