  "I stayed here for business. The last stay is not so good due to faulty internet. But this trip, the free WIFI internet has improved a lot! The Room is ok, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and with good selection of food. The Ala Carte Menu for dinner is a bit limited but the selection a..."re excellent and delicious. The waitresses also offer prompt service when required. I tried the Italian Selection at Colour Restaurant. The Pizza and Pasta are top quality and one of the better one I had in Indonesia. There is a see through kitchen for you to see what the Chefs are doing while waiting for your food. The Gym is excellent and one of the best in Balikpapan. I stayed in Jatra, Le Grandeur before and the Gyms are not as well equipped as the one in Novotel Balikpapan. Location is good as it is within Balikpapan Kota and just across the street to Ocean's Restaurant where you can get excellent selection of live or frozen seafood. Room was comfortable and clean, LAN internet access and TV with International channels. Bathroom looked fine. Used restaurant downstairs for morning coffee and lunch.
