The air conditioner had a crackling sound periodically throughout the night. I should have reported it but I forgot the next day. I liked the location. It was a..."cross the street from the mall. I thought the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I didn't have the Belgium waffle (which looked good), but they did have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuit, etc buffet style. I stayed at this fine hotel for 17 nights and could not have been more pleased. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly and professional and..." always greeted me every morning and evening when I arrived (after two weeks they had to think I moved in permantly.) I have a bad back and the beds were fantastic, as was the assortment of pillows, soft, medium, and firm. I am a Priority Club member and stay at HIE quite alot, and this is one of the very best.
