The room we stayed in was stunn..."ing, large comfy bed, big tv, cracking bathroom. The staff are brilliant, always very polite and helpful. The food is amazing to boot. They run game drives from the lodge, several a day and once a week the evening drive ends at the lodges own Boma, which is a sort of tribal barbecue experience. The Boma is a circle of wooden fences around a giant bonfire, around the bonfire are open long houses under which long benches are there for you sit and eat delicious barbeque food. Then when your done you can drink cold beer and watch the fire and chat with newly made friends. You are in the middle of nowhere 30 mins from the nearest point of contact, if you are looking for a typical holiday with phone connection this is not for you) Food, drink and service is impeccable - always remember where you are and your surroundings. The lodges you are checked into are first class, intimate, luxurious and peaceful especially when you consider where you are. A sunken bath is a treat at the best of times - here it's outstanding luxury. I travel extensively and I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel, my stay or our game drives out.
