  "Booked it through Cleartrip since it was recommended by the site. Overall the hotel was decent for the price. Location - Very good. 2 minutes walk to Mall Road. Service - Average. The Geyser was not working in a room. For one day they shifted us to a bigger and better room where it was working. Ye..."t, had to remind the staff many times to switch the Geyser ON in the morning. Geyser switch is not in the room. Rooms - Size was ok. Not too small. The room was neat and clean but the bed sheet and blankets were not so clean. There was no 'view' in our room. There are some rooms which have a good view but when booking online, no idea how to ensure one gets a room with a view. Staff - They were cooperative though a bit slow. Food - Did not try anything other than tea/coffee. Did not feel like trying. Since Mall Road is so close by, it is better to eat at HASTY TASTY and FRANK ROSS CAFE. Note: The hotel has no lift.
