The staff get things done while also being very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a relaxed happy atmosphere. As to food we can say breakfast was a good selection of cold buffet items - cheese, assorted meats, breads, cakes. Hot options included usual scrambled egg, bacon etc with omelettes made to order. Fresh fruit particularly good. We had a lovely few days, can't fault the place and Baska is lovely too - great walking and cycling, good restaurants. We were there in Spring when it was quiet.
