The owners are a very friendly couple who also happen to own the coffee shop next door and a bar downtown. The rooms are spacious and bear a designer look to each one of them. The crews can be little more friendly but you can't expect a nice customer service in China so this is normal but there are many foreign customers so they should learn to be mor..."e friendly. It is right next to the shopping mall with so many shops and restaurants so you never get bored. I've stayed in Marco Polo in which I remember as smelly hotel (urine smell was everywhere and I asked to switch my room but they said other rooms were not any different. What the??) and Yeohwa in which the customer service is really good with great English speaking staff but it's getting old so the carpet in the room was pretty dirty and the rooms were dated.. I come to China for work 3-4 times a year and my experience has always been unpleasant but since I stay here now, it's like heaven compared to the past! This is THE BEST!! " More >
