  "Village consist of houses built at the beginning and middle of the last century. They are transferred there and incorporated between lakes and bridges. Area is not big but for some short walk,few nice photos is enough. If the weather is nice you can also enjoy some drink in one of cafe shops. There..." are also few restaurants with excellent food. If you want to sleep over you can choose between room or apartment in one of authentic houses or in the hotel. We took room in the house and stayed bit disappointed because we couldn't sleep well. We could hear the footsteps of the persons above and tv from their room....than, during the night,in total silence we could here sound of some small animal moving (mouse or insect...) somewhere under the bed... Maybe I would take for the next time room in the hotel,they are done in style of old city families, with rustic walls.   "Right in the center of town"
  "Probably you will not be visiting Bijeljina as a tourist but by business. Sico is a small hotel right in the center of town, 100 meters away from the main town square. There is a bank (Komercijalna) occupying the ground floor. You have to climb the stairs to the reception and their small restaurant ..."(which essentially serves breakfast and also can be a place to use your Wi-Fi gadgets). Rooms are available on this first, second and third floor. Best rooms are on third floor as this was built later on, however without elevator which is in plans but does not exist for the time being. I understand from colleague that room he head on second floor was warn out, while my room was great, spacious, clean, with two bedrooms (No 306 &307), with one bathroom. Wi-Fi signal is not available here, but floor under can be found, but most of the guests go down to the restaurant to work. Wi-Fi is for free.
