  "After arriving at hotel we experienced a few problems with one of our rooms but due to our arrival time we had to wait until the next morning to sort the problem out. The next morning we were met my the hotel manager Sonar, we told him the problem that one of the rooms hadn't been cleaned for our ar..."rival. He then relocated the three rooms to beautiful sea view rooms right next to main building which was fantastic we were really pleased with our new rooms. On top of that he gave us two free al a carte meals in either if the four restaurants and a premium membership card which entitles you to different upgrades if you return to the hotel in the future, he couldn't have done enough for us. The hotel is well maintained the staff are fantastic so friendly and service was exceptional. The food from the buffet was beautiful and had plenty of variation. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and will be returning in September it's fantastic value for money!! " More >

  "Stayed at voyage torba as a family 27th may to 6th june for 10 nights. The place is very nice with well kept gardens through-out. We found the staff very nice and friendly apart from one or two. After reading other reviews on trip advisor about waiters smelling of B.O i find that hard to believe as ..."all the waiters who served us smelled very nice in fact i actually commented about that to my family while we were there, in fact some of them smelled so nice it made you want to follow them just for the nice smell. The food in the main restaurant was very good with lots of choice,but it is a bit manic so you need to pick the right time to go.We ate at the mexican and the italian they were both good but the service in the italian was slow in fact we did'nt even wait for our dessert as it was party night and had to leave in order to get a seat.Stay away from the aqua snack bar the food is awful i ordered a chicken salad when it arrived i was quite shocked the lettuce was all black around the...   "We have just returned from staying here, There were three of us and a 10 month old baby. On arrival we wernt given a welcome pack from Thompson, also we wernt given a welcome pack at the hotel which was very disappointing we didn't know where to go for meals or what time they were, we had to ask af..."ter we missed breakfast and our welcome meeting, luckily they do a late breakfast. We were put in 2 bungalows, the rooms were basic, nothing amazing. One of the balconies was small, the other was a nice rounded one, had a beautiful view. We didnt realise until the end of the Holiday that the bedding wasnt changed unless you put a certain card on the bed - travelling with a 10month old and the mess she made, we expected the bed to be changed regardless of whether we had put the card on or not, there are some things it doesnt take rocket science it needs cleaning but apparently it has to be spelt out. the floors are occasionally swept, a bottle of coke is put in the fridge occasionally and new...
