  "We booked this hotel purely for an overnight stopover to break up a long journey. It was picked at random via Wotif.com and what a joy it was. The room was big enough with the usual amenities (although the coffee creamer was "meh") but the hotel itself was beautiful, views out over the lake and ..."the sunrise, wow ! The staff were a total joy - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful, big smiles and wonderful A gorgeous outdoor pool and a full spa / salon inside for pampering The best bit ? The wonderful buffet (dinner and breakfast) at B's restaurant.   "To start of the review, I had troubles waiting for answers from both Accorhotels.com and Pullman Putrajaya in regards of the different room rates as per advertised in both websites. After for more than 2 weeks, finally I get an answer which they do not have and instead they offered me a room upgrade..." which is fair enough. Luckily I have ample of time prior to my stay or else I would have paid extra instead as it was advertised as a promotional rate. Okay now the review of the hotel. I'm a local and I'm very familiar of this hotel as I have been to a couple of celebrity events being held there for assignments as I'm working as a media. For the environment and location, everything is good. Great get away from the city centre, quiet and relaxing environment with beautiful sunset along the lakeside.
