We did not even manage get out of the cars as helpful staff started helping us with bags. Rooms are spacious in the best traditions of Japanese style, containing good yukata's and winter coats so that we never felt cold. The main thing of any ryokan is of course hot spring. This is another amazing thing about this hotel - lots and lots of baths; all kinds of them, all kinds of temperatures and views.
